Premium did not unlock
Open the Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account used for purchase.
Reminder did not appear
Check device notification permission, Focus mode, Do Not Disturb, and whether the reminder time has already passed.
Data looks missing
BabyDays stores data locally on the device. If the app was deleted or device data was cleared, local logs may not be recoverable unless you exported or backed them up.
Wrong language or units
Open Settings inside BabyDays to change language, metric/imperial units, and night mode preferences.
What to include in a support email
- Your device model and operating system version.
- The BabyDays app version and where you downloaded it.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Screenshots if they help, but avoid sending sensitive baby or family data unless needed.
Privacy-sensitive support
Please do not send full care logs, baby medical records, or personal family information unless it is necessary for the support request. BabyDays is designed to keep care data local where possible.

BabyDays support cannot provide medical advice. If you have concerns about your baby’s health, medicine, growth, feeding, or safety, contact a qualified healthcare professional. For emergencies, contact local emergency services immediately.
